College and University Events

One of the core values of the CTAWN is to assist in creating active, engaged communities of women in higher education throughout the state of Connecticut. Institutional Representatives' (IR) are encouraged to work on their own campuses and across college and unviersity campuses to create opportunities for women to engage in networking, skill building and leadership as women in higher education in Connecticut continue to work toward individual career fulfillment. Below are some examples of events that IRs have produced on their campuses. The leadership of the CTAWN encourages continued creation of such events and encourages its members and IRs to work collaboratively with representatives at other institutions to create events that assist in bringing women together in our state.
